If you have initially completed the installation for a company but you wish to modify your installation so that PrizmDoc of Office 365 is only available for select individuals, then you can complete the steps below.

Note that you must complete these steps as a tenant administrator.

1. Complete the steps to Uninstall PrizmDoc for Office 365.
2. Go to accusoft.com/products/accusoft-services/o365/
3. Then complete the steps to Install/Register as an Individual.

After the uninstallation and installation steps have been completed, the changes will take some time to propagate across the Office 365 applications. Therefore recently unregistered users may a partially functional document viewing feature set available to them for some period after the install (usually no more than 10 minutes).
